Ancelotti comments on Roma-Shakhtar

Former Bayern manager Carlo Ancelotti appeared on Radio Anch’io Sport today and discussed his future as well as the upcoming clash between Roma and Shakhtar. These are his words:

“Roma-Shakhtar? Roma play a difficult match against a complicated team, but in the last two matches, they have given important responses. They seemed to be in trouble but they regained their confidence after defeating Napoli and Torino, I hope they can advance.”

“In any case, my sabbatical is going well. I’m watching many matches and different leagues. There have been no real tactical innovations, but football is always interesting for me. Calls from clubs or national teams? Let’s just say there haven’t been! It’s still a early for any final decision to be made. The Italy national team manager role? It’s not a remote possibility. I know Costacurta very well and he knows me very well. I would like to work and train every day, though.”
