Roma attacker Andrea Belotti finally got his moment of glory as he scored the opening goal to the match in tonight’s victory over Salzburg, spurring the Giallorossi to make a comeback and advance to the next round of the Europa League tournament.

“I didn’t expect to receive an ovation from the crowd,” he told DAZN after the game. “Hearing people chant my name is a magical feeling. I try to give my all, I always want to win. People understand this.”

“Roma have grown a lot over the course of the season,” he continued. “We have matured also thanks to the coach. There is a great bond between all of us, we always help each other and this leads you to do great things and achieve great results.”
