Andrea Belotti is on the verge of joining newly promoted Serie A side Como.
The Italian striker recently concluded a loan at Fiorentina.
Despite hoping to stay on in Florence, it was soon made clear to Belotti that Viola do not intend to make his stay permanent.
As a result, the player’s entourage worked out an agreement with Como.
Roma reached a general agreement with Como on the basis of €5 million including add-ons.
Now, Gianluca Di Marzio of Sky Sport reports that, after a brief period of reflection, Belotti has decided to accept Como’s proposal.
The player has opened to the transfer and now the two clubs will work to finalize the deal.
