Andrea Belotti is waiting to receive a green light from Roma which will enable him to sign with the capital club as a free agent.
The former Torino captain has reportedly rejected several offers from abroad in favor of the Giallorossi who consider Belotti to be the ideal alternative to Tammy Abraham.
However, his arrival has been made more complicated given Roma’s difficulties in offloading Eldor Shomurodov.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma and Bologna continue to negotiate the fee for the Uzbek striker and the various conditions related to the obligation included in a potential loan for the 27-year-old.
The Italian newspaper claims that Belotti will be able to join Roma only once the club find a solution for either Shomurodov or Felix – the latter has been linked with a move to Salernitana.
