Roma fullback Angeliño discussed the team’s 0-0 draw in Lecce earlier tonight.
The Spanish defender was included in Daniele De Rossi’s starting line-up.
“It was a tough match,” Angeliño told DAZN at full-time. “We didn’t get off to a good start. In the second half we did a little better, but it wasn’t enough. We lost many duels. It wasn’t the usual Roma, we tried to play wider but it didn’t work.”
“Derby? It’s a crucial match, we have to win it and before that we have to prepare as best as possible. It’s an important match for the fans, it will be an exciting match and we need to be focused.”
“My experience at Roma so far? I like everything about it. I’ve wanted to come here for a long time and I hope to stay for a long time,” he added.
