Roma fullback Angeliño reaffirmed his confidence in Giallorossi head coach Daniele De Rossi ahead of the return leg with Bayer Leverkusen and the remaining games of the season.
In the aftermath of Roma’s recent 0-2 defeat to Bayer, Angeliño told Corriere dello Sport that he is confident De Rossi will figure out a way for the team to complete a historic comeback in the second leg.
“We had our chances but the ball didn’t want to go in. Now we have to start again and remain motivated for the next games.”
“I’m sure De Rossi will be able to prepare well for all the remaining games,” he added.
