Spanish fullback Angelino turned out to be at the center of the team’s gameplan on his debut versus Cagliari.
As Roma beat the side from Sardinia 4-0, Angelino got off to a great start to his adventure in the Italian capital, featuring right away in Daniele De Rossi’s line-up for the night.
Despite coming off early on in the second half due to cramps, Angelino’s impact in the first 45 minutes of the game did not go unnoticed – Sky Sport reports that Angelino was the player to have made the most touches in the first half.
His night was marked by pin-point accurate crosses, most notably to Bryan Cristante who hit the post.
