Roma fullback Angeliño will make his return to the team’s starting formation after being benched against Brighton.
With Roma advancing in the Europa League, Daniele De Rossi seems to have made the decision to allow Leonardo Spinazzola to start in Europe while making Angeliño – one of the club’s January signings – the number one option on the left flank in Serie A.
With Smalling ruled out, Il Messaggero reports that Angeliño will start alongside a defence composed of Evan Ndicka, Gianluca Mancini and Zeki Celik.
Rick Karsdorp has completed his recovery and will be available for tonight’s game.
Edoardo Bove also might have a chance to start ahead of Bryan Cristante who could rest this time around.
