Ante Ćorić insists on permanent stay at Zürich

Out-of-favour Roma loanee Ante Ćorić, who in the summer of 2021 joined Swiss side Zürich, wants to continue his adventure in the Swiss Super League, reports Teleradiostereo.

The 25-year-old joined Roma in 2018, with former Roma sporting director Ramon Monchi, signing him from Dinamo Zagreb.

Ćorić never really found his footing in the Italian capital and was sent on loan to Almeria, Venlo, Olimpija Ljubljana and finally Zürich.

So far in this campaign, he’s made 17 league appearances for the Swiss side, winning the national championship.

Teleradiostereo reports that the player wants to extend his stay in Switzerland. Despite having one more year left on his contract with Roma, Ćorić will insist on completing a permanent move away from the Giallorossi in the summer.
