Roma are still drawing interest from the Middle East despite the club recently dismissed all rumors regarding a potential ownership change.

President Dan Friedkin has no intention of selling Roma. His presence at the stadium last night versus Hellas Verona, despite the general fan discontent over the departure of Jose Mourinho, demonstrates this.

However, Arab investors continue to show interest in the Capital club. This was reported in today’s edition of Il Sole 24 Ore, a well-known Italian business newspaper.

“The appeal of the Giallorossi shirt and of a city like Rome has not been affected by the recent difficulties and the dismissal of an iconic coach like Josè Mourinho. On the contrary. Hence the interest from the Arab world also in a possible entry into the club’s shareholding structure”, writes today’s edition of the newspaper.

On the part of the Arabs there is the utmost respect for the Friedkin family who have invested over €850 million since taking over Roma in 2020.
