Roma are making good progress in their negotiations with Standard Liege for goal-keeper Arnaud Bodart.
The 26-year-old Belgian shot-stopper is leading the race to become Roma’s new back-up goalie, reports Sky Sport.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Roma have identified Bodart as the perfect candidate to play behind Mile Svilar.
With Svilar set to extend his stay at the club, Roma pursued a skilled second-choice keeper who will take Rui Patricio’s place.
In a complicated season for Standard, Bodart played 29 games and conceded 35 goals. However, he managed to keep the goal clean 5 times
