Atalanta also keen on Belotti

Roma may no longer be the only suitor interested in acquiring Torino striker Andrea Belotti.

Adnkronos reports that Atalanta are also intrigued by the Italian international, whose contract expires in 2022. Should the Bergamo-based side decide to sell Duvan Zapata, who has many admirers, they would be keen on bringing ‘il Gallo’ to the club as his replacement.

The Granata have slapped a €25 million price tag on Belotti and will undoubtedly be forced to sell him if he continues to reject contract renewal offers.

Meanwhile, Roma have already offered Torino a figure of €15 million for the player, but Urbano Cairo, the club’s President, is asking for more.

Belotti is eager to take a step up in his club career and the Giallorossi are the favorites to land him. However, Atalanta are emerging as a potential rival for his signature.
