Atalanta hesitant to let go of Remo Freuler in January

According to the latest rumors, Roma have put Atalanta’s Remo Freuler in their sights for the January transfer window.

However, calciomercato.it reports that despite the Swiss international’s contract is set to expire in June 2022, Atalanta are hesitant to let go in January.

The outlet reports that the bergamaschi have fixed a €15 million price-tag on the Swiss international.

It is unlikely that Freuler will extend his contract but anything can happen before the end of the year.

The Giallorossi are monitoring the situation and are expected to further contact the player’s entourage in the coming weeks.
