Atalanta will have to face Roma in the upcoming Serie A clash without two important pieces in the form of Duvan Zapata and Davide Zappacosta who have been dealing injuries since the start of the new season.
The two will miss the match scheduled for September 18th at the Stadio Olimpico.
Atalanta boss Gian Piero Gasperini addressed the status of both in his press conference earlier today as the Italian technician sat down to preview the Bergamaschi’s clash with Cremonese.
“I expect Zapata to be back after the international break,” he told reporters. “The same applies to Davide Zappacosta.”
