After his side fell 1-0 to Belgium last night, Azerbaijan national team boss Gianni De Biasi weighed-in on Romelu Lukaku and his transfer to Roma.

The 67 year-old was asked about the striker’s fit with the Giallorossi after he completed a loan switch to the club from Chelsea in the final week of the summer transfer window.

“I thought he (Lukaku) did well against us. Now he just needs to play continuously,” De Biasi told Tuttomercatoweb.

“He showed-off all his characteristics against us. His physique and especially his physical strength are incredible. As soon as he fully gets into form he’s going to be devastating.”

Adding, “He was really an incredible signing, Roma needed a striker exactly like him. He and (Paulo) Dybala could become an extraordinary duo.”
