Baldissoni: “There are no talks for Manolas.”

Roma director Maurine Baldissoni to Premium Sport ahead of Udinese-Roma:

“We need reinforcement? It’s “if” we need a reinforcement. Spalletti has repeatedly expressed this concept. If there are opportunities to strengthen the team we will seize the chance. The transfer market is particular, we will try to do something if it will be useful to improve the team.”

“The sale of Manolas? He’s definitely a strong player and like all strong players he catches the attention of other clubs, but nobody has asked for him, we aren’t happy to get rid of strong players. The will of the player always counts, we are discussing his renewal but there are no talks for him.”
