Barcelona manager Quique Setien was interviewed by RAC 1 and was, once again, asked about the decision to sell winger Carles Pérez.
The young attacker joined Roma in January on loan with an obligation to buy for €11 million plus €4.5 million in potential bonuses during the final days of the transfer window.
“Dembélé’s injury was a surprise to us and it caused us a lot of problems. Maybe we shouldn’t have let Carles Pérez leave,” he admitted.
“But Dembélé is a great player. We count on him.”
So far, the Spaniard has made 7 appearances for the Giallorossi and has tallied 1 goal and 1 assist.
