Marcel Sabitzer is one of the main names linked with Roma this summer as the Giallorossi seek reinforcements for the midfield.
The Austrian international does not fit Bayern Munich’s plans and may be on the move again after returning from loan at Manchester United.
As reported by Il Tempo, Sabitzer has been offered to Roma.
However, his wages remain the biggest obstacle as the capital club are not able to cover such fees – Sabitzer earns €12 million.
For the time being, Bayern Munich are only interested in permanent deals for the midfielder. However, the German side are yet to receive a concrete offer.
This could play in Roma’s favor as Bayern are expected to soon agree to another loan move for the ex-Leipzig captain.
