Belotti and Zaniolo favored to start in Sampdoria clash

Andy Mattioli

Jose Mourinho is likely to continue relying on Andrea Belotti who gifted Roma a much needed equalizer in Seville on Thursday night. The former Torino striker is reportedly favored to start over Tammy Abraham.

According to Corriere dello Sport, Belotti will lead Roma’s attack once again on Monday night against Sampdoria with Nicolo Zaniolo returning to the starting eleven.

The pair will work in a 3-5-2 system with Lorenzo Pellegrini slotting in the midfield as Roma continue to look for solutions that will enable Mourinho’s team to perform despite Paulo Dybala’s absence.
