Roma are scouting various options to replace Rick Karsdorp who is rumoured to be closing in on a mid-season exit from the club after the falling out with Jose Mourinho in the aftermath of Sassuolo-Roma.
One of the options the capital club have included on their shopping list for January is Sampdoria’s Bartosz Bereszynski – previously linked with the Giallorossi in last year’s January window.
This time around, a member of his entourage, Blazej Telichowski, confirmed Roma’s interest in the Polish international in an interview with Meczyki.pl.
“Roma have been following him during this World Cup,” said Telichowski. “I think Bartosz is a player they are interested in. I think he could very well with Mourinho.”
“I can’t say this won’t be a possibility, so yes, Roma are an option.”
