One of the names Roma are trying to permanently offload in the final days of this year’s summer window is that of Croatian midfielder Ante Coric fresh off a loan spell at Zurich.
The player – who had been excluded from Roma’s plans at the start of the club’s preseason training – is searching for a permanent solution and will not consider any more loan offers.
Despite having struggled over recent years, the 25-year-old is still drawing considerable interest in Europe.
The latest team to express interest in the ex-Dinamo Zagreb talent is Besiktas.
According to Italian journalist Flavio Tassotti, the Turkish giants have made an inquiry for Coric and are considering him as a valid reinforcement for the midfield.
