Former Roma and current Milan sporting director Ricky Massara has a very uncertain future.
The Italian is certain to leave the Rossoneri after the season once the arrival of Ralf Rangnick is made official — less than one year following his appointment. Should Massara depart from Milan, Roma would be interested in reuniting with him for a third time.
With Gianluca Petrachi having effectively been sacked, the club is searching for a new sporting director and Massara is one of the most likely candidates to succeed the soon-to-be departed former Torino man.
According to calciomercato.com, Roma vice president Mauro Baldissoni chatted with Massara yesterday before the clash between the Giallorossi and Milan. Roma, however, are not the only ones vying for his services: Bologna are also interested in him and would like to reunite him with Walter Sabatini.
