Bologna willing to raise bid for Roma’s Eldor Shomurodov

The future of Eldor Shomurodov remains uncertain as the player does not fit Mourinho’s plans going forward, yet negotiations over a potential transfer to Bologna have stalled for the past few weeks.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Bologna manager Sinisa Mihajlovic is pushing his club to acquire Shomurodov as he considers him the perfect profile to lead the attack alongside Arnautovic.

Bologna are reportedly willing to raise their initial bid up to €10 million, whereas Roma are asking for at least €14 million.

The capital club continue to insist on including an obligation in the loan deal for the Uzbek striker which Bologna seem reluctant to accept.
