Bologna attacker Alexis Saelemaekers scored the decisive goal for his side in their 3-1 win over Roma in tonight’s fixture.

After the match, the Belgian forward spoke to DAZN.

“It’s a wonderful feeling, a great joy for all of us,” he said. “We did everything we had to do. There are still more games to go, we haven’t done anything yet.”

“We are a family, all the players are important, both those who play and those on the bench,” he added.

“I played with Svilar in the youth team and I knew he would wait until the last moment to throw himself so I thought the best way to score was to lob it over him.”
