Bologna manager Thiago Motta reflected on his team’s objectives for the season as they head into match-up with Roma that could prove crucial in this season’s Champions League race.

During his press conference, Motta remarked about Bologna’s lack of pressure in this current situation as they seem to have exceeded everyone’s expectations.

“We don’t feel any pressure; the pressure is on other teams like Roma,” said Motta. “Pressure on those who aspire to great goals: because we were not expected to be in this position… We only have to feel the responsibility of doing our job well as always.”

“De Rossi? I have great admiration for him. He’s fantastic guy, intelligent, and we share fond memories of when we were together in the Azzurri. He deserves everything he has right now.”
