Bologna’s vice-coach Emilio De Leo: “We can hurt Roma on the counter.”

In Siniša Mihajlović‘s absence, Emilio De Leo is taking over coaching duties at Bologna.

De Leo spoke earlier today ahead of tomorrow’s away trip to the Stadio Olimpico.

“We’ll play the same kind of game, as always, without any fear or hesitation,” he told the media.

“I think Roma are one of the best teams in the league. They’ve acquired a great deal of mentality.”

“Tomorrow we’ll have to be focused until the very end. We’ll need to remain compact, knowing that we can hurt them on the counter.”

When asked what impressed him the most about Roma in recent weeks, De Leo said, “Their holding each other accountable. They’re responsible on the pitch and they rarely lose their cool.”

He concluded, “Except for a slow start, Roma have done very well this season.”
