Bonaventura to leave Milan, Roma a possible destination

Milan midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura is set to leave the club this summer upon the expiration of his contract.

Sky Sport reports that the Italian isn’t willing to renew his contract with the Rossoneri and will, therefore, depart after six seasons.

Roma has expressed their interest in Bonaventura’s services — with the Giallorossi having already initiated contact with his agent, Mino Raiola.

The 30 year-old joined the Rossoneri in 2014 from Atalanta for a fee of €7 million. During his time with the club,  he made 171 total appearances while amassing 34 goals and 15 assists to his name.
