Former Roma player and UEFA director Zbigniew Boniek – who also shared the past as a Juventus attacker – spoke about tonight’s showdown at the Olimpico between the Giallorossi and Juve. The Polish executive also addressed his concerns regarding Paulo Dybala’s status as a leader.
“I think tonight’s game will be very balanced,” Boniek said in an interview with Corriere dello Sport. “If I were to come up with a final scoreline I’d say it’s going to end 1-1.”
“Dybala? I am happy that he is doing well at Roma. However, I don’t agree with the definition of him being the team’s leader: he’s a quality player who can make the difference if he’s in form, but he doesn’t carry the team.”
