Another name has been scratched off the list of potential managerial candidates for Roma. Getafe announced this afternoon that manager José Bordalás, who was linked to a potential move to Roma, has renewed his contract with the club until 2022. The Spaniard was close to finishing in a Champions League place with the Azulones this past season and was drawing interest throughout Europe.
