Borja Mayoral could land in Rome as early as tomorrow

Real Madrid striker Borja Mayoral is ready to join Roma.

Filippo Biafora of Il Tempo has reported reported that a conference call is scheduled for today between the Giallorossi and Los Blancos and there is optimism that the deal can be finalised.

Roma have offered the Spanish giants a loan with an option to buy for €12-13 million for Mayoral, whose contract expires next summer.

The striker, though, must first renew his contract with Real Madrid, who don’t want to lose the player for free, and there should be no problems between the parties in finding an agreement. Both Mayoral’s agent and the intermediary for the deal are confident that the deal will conclude positively.

Those at Roma believe that Mayoral could even land in the Italian capital as early as tomorrow.
