Roma have been tracking Stuttgart defender Borna Sosa.
The 25-year-old Croatian footballer is reportedly one of Roma’s dream signings despite Stuttgart’s demands remain outside of the capital club’s financial reach for the time being.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Roma GM Tiago Pinto already made inquiries with Sosa’s entourage over the course of the summer.
Sosa is still Roma’s first choice to replace Leonardo Spinazzola: the Italian fullback was recently linked with Manchester United but a late exit before the transfer deadline is highly unlikely.
In the meantime, Roma are set to continue monitoring Sosa who last year concluded the season with 2 goals and 12 assists in 30 appearances for Stuttgart.
