One of Portugal’s top strikers this season has been linked with a move to Roma.

According to the latest report by calciomercato.com, the capital club have been offered the services of Simon Banza of Braga ahead of the summer transfer window.

Banza is one of the hottest names in this year’s top flight in Portugal with 21 goals and 4 assists in 27 appearances.

The player has also drawn interest in the Premier League where West Ham United have made inquiries for him.

In Italy, Banza has caught the attention of Fiorentina.

Banza’s release clause is worth €25 million – for now, the player is only an idea for Roma but the Giallorossi are expected to search for a strong replacement of Romelu Lukaku who is destined to leave the club at the end of the season.
