The future of Jose Mourinho remains unresolved as Roma are yet to address his contractual situation before the end of the season.

As declared by himself, the Special One is hoping to extend his stay in the Italian capital beyond the expiry date of his current deal which runs out in June later this year.

However, Roma have not made it clear whether they want to pursue another deal with the Portuguese technician.

As a result, Mourinho’s agent – Jorge Mendes – is currently evaluating any proposals coming from abroad.

According to Corriere dello Sport, after failing to secure Carlo Ancelotti as their next head coach, Brazil have inquired about Jose Mourinho’s availability.

The Roma boss is among the prioritised candidates to become Tite’s successor as the manager of the Seleção.

For the time being, however, Mourinho has reaffirmed his focus solely on Roma.
