Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante analyzed the Giallorossi’s loss to Inter at San Siro.
After a hard fought match and a disappointing late goal scored by Inter, Cristante reacted to the final scoreline in a post-match interview with DAZN.
“I feel like we came up a little short, we didn’t have much energy and we had prepared it like this. I’m sorry for the goal conceded at the end.”
“Inter are a strong team, they have a stronger squad and we are always playing with the same ones, we didn’t have the energy to play a full game at such a high tempo. We had to manage it and I think we did it well.”
“Inter played better in the first half. We had prepared the match like this to unlock it at the end, I think we were succeeding. We could have avoided the goal conceded, but afterwards it was difficult to recover.”
“We had prepared it like this, half a centimeter further was enough and we could have won 0-1. In the post-match it is always easier to review those decisions.”
