Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante has successfully undergone surgery on his left wrist which he injured a few days ago and was forced to nurse in a plastic cast until the international break.

The capital club announced earlier today that “the reconstructive procedure, which took place at the Sant’Andrea University Hospital in Rome, was completed successfully by Professor Matteo Guzzini and Professor Angelo De Carlo, in the presence of the club’s first team doctor, Dr. Vincenzo Costa.”

Cristante is expected to make full recovery in the coming days and be at Mourinho’s disposal for the Giallorossi’s upcoming trip to Japan.
