Legendary Brazilian fullback Cafu spoke about Corinthians starlet Wesley in light of the player’s links with Roma.
In an interview with Il Messaggero, Cafu spoke about Daniele De Rossi taking charge of the team in his first full season as the team’s head coach.
“Every time I talk about him, I talk about him with joy,” said Cafu.
“We have seen him grow and now he has become a man and is a coach. He has great responsibilities because it is not easy to be a coach in a place like Rome. He is doing very well indeed. I can only say to him, “good luck Mister De Rossi.”
“My advice for Roma’s transfer plans? You always have to find the right players, never buy for the sake of buying.”
“I’m betting on Wesley from Corinthians. He is a very good left winger. He will be our next star, I know it. That’s why I think Roma should sign him. Without a doubt, I recommend him.”
