Roma have reportedly identified their next January target after securing Dean Huijsen in Atletico Madrid defender Caglar Soyuncu.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Roma are hoping to secure at least one player exit before the end of this window which would in turn allow the club to complete one signing.

According to the newspaper, Roma want to get rid of at least one between Leonardo Spinazzola, Zeki Celik and Renato Sanches.

In the meantime, the Giallorossi have made Soyuncu their priority to strengthen the defense in the absence of Chris Smalling and Evan Ndicka.

The Turkish centre-back is on the margins of Diego Simeone’s project at Atletico and has been prominently linked with a departure from the Spanish capital.
