With Matías Viña returning to Italy from international duty only on Saturday afternoon, it is unlikely that we will see him feature from the start at the Allianz Stadium vs Juventus on Sunday.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Riccardo Calafiori is expected to make an appearance on the left wing from the start.
The 19-year-old made his Roma debut against Juventus in Turin on August 1st 2020, with Roma winning 1-3 away.
It was in that game that Calafiori scored a beautiful long-range goal which was eventually ruled out due to the ball having gone out of bounds seconds before the shot.
This time around Calafiori is looking to making his 16th appearance for the club as a protagonist in the Giallorossi’s starting line-up.
