It could be another devastating blow for Roma’s highly rated fullback Riccardo Calafiori. The youngster was in the starting formation today for Alberto De Rossi’s Primavera side against Lazio, but was forced off in the second half due to a knee injury.
An official diagnosis has yet to arrive, but there is fear Calafiori potentially re-tore the ACL in his right knee after he was seen clutching it. This the same ACL he tore last season in October 2018.
