Roma left back Riccardo Calafiori has finally returned to full training today for the first time in almost two months. The Italian has overcome the thigh strain that he suffered early last month and is at the disposal of manager Paulo Fonseca.
The 18 year-old has endured a nightmare season thanks to two injuries and a case of coronavirus. In total, he has missed twenty games and last appeared on 17 December against Torino.
Meanwhile, defender Roger Ibañez continues to train individually. The Brazilian has been out for the previous two weeks and his availability for Thursday’s Europa League match is in doubt. The situation is the same for Edin Dzeko, who continues to recover from the groin injury he suffered against Braga.
