The Spanish attacker is reportedly nearing a move to Celta Vigo after concluding a one-year loan there.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Roma are finalizing Perez’s sale for around €6 million.
Negotiations are at final stages and an agreement will be reached in the coming hours.
