Roma attacker Carles Pérez will not take part in this evening’s affair at the San Siro against Milan due to having been diagnosed with tonsillitis.
Sky Sport reports that the Spaniard, who was called up for the match by manager Paulo Fonseca, has not traveled with his teammates and will remain in the Italian capital.
It’s unknown at this time if the former Barcelona man will require an operation, but his absence does leave Roma shorthanded in attack.
Pérez has took part in the previous three consecutive matches for the Giallorossi, including one start and a wonder goal scored on last weekend’s victory over Benevento.
