Carlo Ancelotti: “I’m still a super fan of Roma, I’ll be watching the final tomorrow.”

Former Roma midfielder and current Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti revealed he’ll be cheering on his former side tomorrow in the Conference League final.

The Giallorossi square off against Feyenoord tomorrow evening in Tirana, vying for the opportunity to capture the club’s first European trophy.

Speaking ahead of his team’s Champions League final against Liverpool, Ancelotti also gave a nod to his friend and current Roma boss Josè Mourinho.

“I spent 7-8 years at Roma and they were great, I was just in my twenties,” the 62 year-old told UEFA.com.

“I still remember that time very well and I’m still a super fan of Roma. There’s currently a manager at Roma in Josè Mourinho who I admire a lot and is also a friend.”

“Certainly I’ll be watching the final tomorrow evening.”
