Carlo Ancelotti: “Mourinho could play an important role in Roma’s history.”

Carlo Ancelotti – currently the head coach of Real Madrid after an unsuccessful stint in Serie A with Napoli – was asked to share his thoughts on the Giallorossi’s progress with José Mourinho ahead of Napoli-Roma scheduled tonight.

“I think Mourinho has reignited enthusiasm to a place that needed it badly,” said Ancelotti to Radio Anch’io Lo Sport.

“He’a doing an extraordinary job thanks to his immense qualities, but I don’t know what can happen next in terms of achievements.”

“I think Mourinho can play an important role in Roma’s history,” concluded the ex-Milan boss.
