Roma defender Leandro Castan is set to join Sampdoria on loan, claims Sky Sport.
The Brazilian defender, who played sparingly last season following brain surgery, will move to the Genovese club on a dry loan with no option to buy. Sampdoria will pay the majority of his wages with Roma contributing a small portion.
The two sides are looking to close the operation in the coming hours.
