Whispers from England claim that Chelsea are interested in bringing back Tammy Abraham in the summer.
The Blues have already made inquiries for the return of Abraham who left England in 2021 in favor of the Italian capital where he reunited with Jose Mourinho to help Roma conquer their first European trophy the following summer.
According to The Athletic, Chelsea are planning to activate the release clause in Abraham’s contract at the end of the season and will therefore pay the requested €80 million.
Roma are waiting to understand the striker’s own intentions as Abraham’s struggles continue in his second year in Italy despite a positive output last season which saw the 25-year-old collect 27 goals in all competitions.
