Roma remain interested in the possibility of signing Romelu Lukaku on loan from Chelsea.
In fact, after adding Sardar Azmoun to their roster, the capital club are on the look-out for one more attacker.
Recent reports claim that Roma’s dream signing before the transfer deadline is out-of-favor Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.
Contrary to their stance earlier in the summer, David Ornstein of The Athletic reports that Chelsea have now come to accept the option of a loan for Lukaku.
The English side failed to draw convincing offers for a permanent exit of the Belgian attacker.
According to Ornstein, Chelsea are now open to Lukaku leaving on loan provided it includes an obligation or a “meaningful” fee in case of a dry loan.
Roma are listed among the teams to have inquired about Lukaku in recent days.
