Chelsea, Pedro: “I’m open to listening to offers”.

John Solano

Chelsea attacker, Pedro, is set to become a free agent this summer upon the expiration of his contract with the London side.

The Giallorossi have had their eyes on the former Barcelona man since last summer and their interest in acquiring him on a free transfer is no secret.

Today, the Spaniard spoke to Spanish radio station El Larguero and was asked about what his future holds for next season.

This Coronavirus situation also affected everything — right now we’re waiting to meet with Chelsea,” he said.

“I know that my contract is concluding, but we have not yet sat down to discuss whether to renew and continue here or not. I’m waiting for the meeting with the club, but am also open to listening to other offers”.

He revealed, “I have offers from many places and will evaluate where I could go and see what comes of it. But the truth is, I can’t tell you anything right now because I really don’t know. I have no certainty of anything. All I know is that I have to be here until 30th June and the meeting with the club is still pending”.
