As reported by Sky Sport, Chelsea continue to pursue Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan.
Today, Chelsea offered Roma €35 million with no bonuses (payable in one installment) for the Belgian. Roma have yet to respond to the offer but it’s difficult to see Roma accepting this fee for the player.
