The agent of Federico Chiesa is expected to fly to the Italian capital in the coming days and continue discussions with Roma about a potential move to the club.
As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Chiesa is aware of Roma’s interest and their proposal for him, but he hasn’t officially responded to their offer.
The newspaper claims it could take a couple of weeks before Chiesa makes up his mind, although he knows Roma are in a hurry for additional reinforcements as preseason training is set to kick off tomorrow morning.
Finally, Fali Ramadani, Chiesa’s agent, is scheduled to meet with Roma in the coming days to deepen discussions regarding the club’s offer for his client and the overall project Chiesa would be eventually joining.
For the moment the only teams that have officially put themselves forward to have the boy are Roma and Aston Villa. The latter destination for now has not sparked his interest.
